01Is FundaWay free to use?
Many public guides and planning resources are free. Optional services, including some Live Academy plans or application assistance, display their price and terms before a learner submits a request.
02Is FundaWay a university or bursary provider?
No. FundaWay is an independent learner-support platform. Universities, colleges, government bodies and funding organisations remain responsible for their own requirements and decisions.
03Can I install FundaWay on my phone?
Yes. Supported browsers can install the FundaWay Progressive Web App. Open the website using HTTPS and select “Install FundaWay App” or use your browser’s “Add to Home screen” option.
04Does FundaWay guarantee admission or funding?
No. FundaWay can help learners understand and prepare, but it cannot guarantee admission, bursary approval, employment or examination results.
05How is personal information protected?
Private submissions are stored using controlled Supabase access and secure links. Read the Privacy Policy for the information collected, why it is used and how to request deletion.
06How do I report incorrect information?
Email the page name, incorrect statement and a reliable source to support@fundawaysa.co.za. The team will review corrections as soon as practical.
