Purpose
Meet Friends and other community features are intended to support learning, study motivation and respectful learner interaction. These rules apply to posts, comments, statuses, study teams, shared media and other user-generated content.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, threats, bullying, hate, sexual exploitation or targeted humiliation.
- Posting another person’s private information without permission.
- Passwords, banking credentials, identity numbers or precise home addresses.
- Malware, scams, impersonation, fraudulent bursary/application offers or attempts to steal accounts.
- Illegal material or content that violates another person’s copyright or privacy rights.
- Spam, repeated unsolicited promotion or content whose main purpose is to manipulate traffic or advertising.
Reporting and moderation
Users should use available reporting tools when content appears unsafe or inappropriate. FundaWay administrators may review reported public/community content and may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts where necessary to protect users or enforce the Terms.
Private messages
Private messaging is intended for direct learner communication. Advertising is not placed inside private-message screens. Users should still avoid sharing highly sensitive personal or financial information in chat.
Advertising around user-generated content
FundaWay’s approval-ready advertising design excludes Meet Friends and private communication from ad placement. If advertising is considered for community content in the future, the content must first be subject to appropriate policy controls and moderation.
