Rules for using FundaWay.

1. Agreement and operators

By registering, logging in, using FundaWay or purchasing a paid service, the user agrees to these terms. FundaWay is jointly operated by Ratsoma Kabelo and Kupa Doctor Nkgoropo from Atok, Limpopo, South Africa.

2. Educational purpose

FundaWay provides general educational, career, university and funding guidance. Information may change and should be checked against official school, university, bursary, government or employer sources before an important decision is made. FundaWay does not guarantee admission, funding, employment, examination results or a particular career outcome.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Users must provide accurate information and protect their passwords.
• Accounts may not be sold, shared for abuse or used to impersonate another person.
• Users may not upload unlawful, harmful, plagiarised, private or copyright-infringing material.
• Bullying, harassment, scams, sexual content, unsafe meeting requests and attempts to obtain private learner details are prohibited.
• FundaWay may suspend content or accounts that threaten safety, security or platform integrity.

4. Free plan and advertisements

The free plan provides access to selected essential learning and career features and may display advertisements. Advertising availability, format and frequency may change. Users must never click advertisements merely to support FundaWay, and FundaWay does not guarantee or endorse every advertised product or service.

5. R30 FundaWay Premium subscription

• FundaWay Premium costs R30 per month.
• The subscription is intended to renew automatically each month through PayFast until cancelled.
• Premium activates only after verified payment confirmation.
• Premium removes FundaWay ad placements and unlocks the Premium tools described on the purchase page.
• Live Academy tutoring is a separate service and is not included in the R30 Premium subscription.
• The payer must have authority to use the selected payment method. A parent or guardian should handle payment for a learner who cannot legally enter the transaction alone.

6. Cancellation and refunds

A Premium member may cancel automatic renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally remove access already paid for during the current billing period.

No refund is available after Premium access has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where FundaWay confirms a duplicate or erroneous payment. An unpaid or unverified payment request does not create Premium access.

Until self-service cancellation is fully connected, cancellation requests may be sent to both support emails with the account email and payment reference.

7. Learning materials and intellectual property

FundaWay's original design, explanations, quizzes and platform material may not be copied, resold or republished without permission. Users retain responsibility for material they upload and grant FundaWay the limited permission needed to store, display and process it for the requested platform function.

8. Availability and changes

Features may be improved, replaced, interrupted or discontinued. FundaWay will try to provide reasonable notice of material subscription changes. Internet, hosting, payment-provider and third-party service failures may temporarily affect availability.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FundaWay is not responsible for indirect loss, missed application deadlines, third-party decisions, inaccurate user submissions, unavailable external websites or misuse of the platform. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
