A learner-support platform for study, career, university and funding decisions.

What FundaWay is

FundaWay is a South African learner-support platform designed to help Grade 8–12 learners and post-school users make better education and career decisions. It combines study support, career exploration, university planning, funding guidance, original learning guides and learner-community tools.

Study supportMathematics and Science practice, quizzes, question-paper resources, daily challenges and study-planning tools.
Career planningCareer exploration, Grade 10 subject guidance, university tracking and course-planning tools.
Funding guidanceGuidance on bursaries, scholarships, public funding and application preparation.
Learning communityStudy friends, learner posts, study teams, focused study sessions, reporting and moderation tools.

Our purpose

FundaWay aims to make practical learning and career guidance easier to reach, especially for learners who may not always have immediate access to a career counsellor, tutor, prospectus or funding adviser. The platform is designed to explain options in plain language, provide useful checklists and encourage learners to verify important information with official providers.

FundaWay is intended to support—not replace—teachers, parents, guardians, career advisers, universities, colleges, bursary providers, employers or official government information.

Meet the founders

FundaWay was founded by Ratsoma Kabelo and Kupa Doctor in Atok, Limpopo. They created the platform to make practical education, career and funding guidance easier for South African learners to find and understand.

Editorial approach

FundaWay publishes original learner guidance and aims to separate educational explanation from official provider decisions. Requirements, deadlines and opportunities can change, so high-impact information should be checked on the official website of the relevant university, college, funder, employer, professional body or government department.

Read the Editorial Policy for sourcing, corrections, AI-assisted drafting and copyright standards.

Important educational notice

FundaWay does not guarantee university admission, bursary approval, employment, examination results or professional accreditation. Certificates produced by internal learning features are educational records of participation or achievement unless a page clearly identifies an external accredited provider.
